Pricing & Information
Full Training
· $550 per month. Payment is due the first of each month. If not received by the fifth, an additional $50 will be charged.
· Full training consists of 5 to 6 days per week of lessons or training sessions for the horse (or a combination of both). Please note that NO makeup lessons will be given.
Half Training
· $400 per month. Payment is due the first of each month. If not received by the fifth, an additional $50 will be charged.
· Half training consists of 2 to 3 days per week of lessons or training sessions for the horse (or a combination of both). Please note that NO makeup lessons will be given.
Riding Lessons
Riding lessons are performed by Joe, Katie, or one of PCSJ’s capable and experienced assistant instructors.
· Beginner riding lessons with assistant instructors are $50 per lesson for individualized instruction.
· Private lessons with Katie are $75 per session.
· Private lessons with Joe are $125 per session.
· Payment is due at the time the lesson is given.
Supplement Feeding
PCSJ horses can receive their daily supplemental feed, special hays or nutraceuticals (which owner provides), on time and correctly measured. Cost for this service is $50 per month. PCSJ will also help owners develop the ideal nutritional program for their horses, based on conformation and work type.
Grooming Services
A variety of grooming services are available to keep PCSJ horses in optimum health and looking their best. Services and pricing are listed below:

General Trimming (ears, bridle path, muzzle and legs) $25

Prep for Katie (includes – tacking, untacking, $20

Blanketing Services
Daily blanketing services during the cold months are available through Hilario, one of Serrano Creek Ranch’s staff workers. Please see Hilario directly for pricing and scheduling.
Payment
Please make checks out to Katie Lifto and leave all checks in the PCSJ office. Do not leave checks with the Serrano Creek office.
Horse Show Pricing
Listed below are the basic expenses for attending a Horse Show. Pricing will vary depending on the location of the horse show.
Expense Cost
Transportation Is calculated depending upon distance and fuel costs
Stall, Bedding and Feed Average: $125 - $175 (based on a three day show)
Rail Fee to PCSJ $75 per day, plus – hotel split for PCSJ among all horses
Groom $45 per day, plus tip
Tack and Groom Room Split among all horses
